Julian Norbury
INVESTMENT AGENT
Prior to joining forces with Nick Fairlie in April 2017 and founding Fairlie Norbury Real Estate, Julian was an equity partner and jointly ran the investment department of CWM for ten years. He specialises in Investment Agency throughout the UK, with particular focus on Central London and The Midlands. He acts for a variety of clients including several large family offices, property companies and institutions.
He started his career in 1992, cutting his teeth with five years in Healey & Baker’s Paris office. He followed this with three years in their London Corporate Services team, being awarded “Healey & Baker Surveyor of the Year”, before transferring to their shopping centre investment department in 2000. In 2002 he moved to Chase & Partners’ retail investment team. Julian has advised on a broad range investment transactions, both large and small.

INTERESTS
Married with two teenage children, Julian occasionally finds time to indulge his passions for fly fishing, running a family shoot, fine art, sailing, skiing, watching rugby and a few ‘timber shifting’ fundraiser challenges: London Marathon 2008, Vogalonga 40km Row 2009 and 2013, Hellespont swim 2010, Great River Race 2011, Diamond Jubilee Row 2012, Bosphorus swim 2015, Solent swim (yes the wide bit!) 2016, Marseille Monte Cristo swim 2019. He still speaks French reasonably fluently which is useful when communicating with his English springer spaniel.
