INVESTMENT AND DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT
Nick founded Fairlie Real Estate Ltd in 2013, a cross sector investment and development consultancy. Four years later he has joined forces with Julian Norbury (formerly of CWM) to form Fairlie Norbury Real Estate.

Prior to Fairlie Real Estate, from 1989 to 2013, Nick was Managing Director of Mayfair Land & Developments and Beachley Property Ltd building and running a commercial property investment portfolio of £55m AUM on behalf of the Mabey family.

He started his career with GVA Birmingham Investment team in 1980, rising to become their youngest Equity Partner in 1989.

He specialises in cross sector investment agency as well as care home development and strategic asset management.

INTERESTS
Married with four children, Nick is a keen cyclist and former 1st XV rugby player for Stourbridge and Moseley Rugby Clubs. He is a qualified Rugby Coach with Worcester RFC (winning two national finals at Twickenham and National U.17 cup final). He raised £10k for BHF in the 2005 London Marathon. He is a Governor of The Royal Grammar School Worcester. He also finds time to ski and play tennis. His charity work includes being a former Committee member of Acorns Hospice, Birmingham.
