The property comprises four newly developed retail trade counter units let on 15 year leases to U Plastics Limited, Belron (UK) Limited t/a Autoglass, Edmundson Electrical PLC and Greggs PLC. The price of £4.2m reflected a net initial yield of 5.7%.
