FNRE advised MGTS St Johns High Income Fund on the acquisition of Quantum Business Park, Whitehouse Lane, Ipswich. The property comprises four newly developed retail trade counter units let on 15 year leases to U Plastics Limited, Belron (UK) Limited t/a Autoglass, Edmundson Electrical PLC and Greggs PLC. The price of £4.2m reflected a net initial yield of 5.7%.
