On behalf of a Worcestershire based housebuilder Fairlie Norbury Real Estate have introduced and advised on the acquisition of an 8 acre residential development site for the construction of up to 91 houses in Shilton Road, Burford for £8,000,000. The site forms part of a larger scheme totalling 17 acres which also incorporates a care home and assisted living complex.
